Join Mercer Council on Alcoholism and Drug Addiction (located in Lawrenceville, NJ) for Brain Awareness Week 2021! We invite Mercer County students in grades 3-5 to participate in a free virtual event to learn about the human brain and the field of brain science! The presenter will be Dr. Rola Bekdash, a neuroscientist from Rutgers University. Students will have the opportunity to ask Dr. Bekdash questions about the brain following her presentation. All attendees will receive a special goodie bag filled with Mercer Council items, and one lucky attendee will be chosen at random to receive a Wonders of the Brain Science Kit!
